Instead, we will be migrating to our newly developed proprietary chain, the new XANAChain, and will continue to use XETA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Features of the New XANAChain<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>New XANAChain<\/strong> adopts the <strong>PoSA (Proof of Staked Authority)<\/strong> consensus algorithm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The addition of new validators requires approval from a majority of existing validators, ensuring validator reliability and enhancing the overall network security.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>native token remains &#8220;XETA&#8221;<\/strong>, just as with the previous chain, and is used as gas for all transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Airdrop of XETA Balances<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With the launch of the New XANAChain, all <strong>XETA balances held at the time of the Old XANAChain shutdown<\/strong> have already been airdropped to the corresponding wallets on the new chain.<br>Users will see their XETA balances automatically reflected on the New XANAChain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Network Information for Wallet Registration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To add the New XANAChain to your wallet application (e.g., MetaMask), please use the following settings:<br><em>(If you have previously registered the old XANAChain, please remove the old network entry before adding the new one.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Network Name<\/strong>: XANAChain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RPC URL<\/strong>: https:\/\/mainnet.xana.net\/rpc\/<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chain ID<\/strong>: 8999<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Currency Symbol<\/strong>: XETA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Block Explorer URL<\/strong>: <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/xanachain.xana.net\">https:\/\/xanachain.xana.net<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Currently Available and Upcoming Features<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Currently Available<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2705 XETA Transfers (Send\/Receive)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 Vesting: Released on August 11, 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Planned for Release<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u23f3 Staking: Launch date to be announced separately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u23f3 Bridge Functionality (Cross-chain): Launch date to be announced separately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u23f3 NFT Features: Launch date to be announced separately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please note that the <strong>XETA token on Avalanche C-Chain remains fully usable as before<\/strong>.
