Move object

Let’s try moving the placement location of an object installed in XANA:Builder.

How to use the “move” option in the menu

1. Select the object you want to move.

2. Click on “Move”.

Move the object left and right (along the x-axis).

3-1-1. If you want to move the object left or right, hover the cursor over the red arrow.

3-1-2. When you hover over it, the yellow arrow changes color.

3-1-3. While it’s changed color, drag the mouse. Moving the mouse left or right will move the object accordingly.

Move the object up and down (along the y-axis).

3-2-1. If you want to move the object vertically, hover the cursor over the light green arrow.

3-2-2. When you hover over it, the yellow arrow changes color.

3-2-3. While it’s changed color, drag the mouse. Moving the mouse up or down will move the object accordingly.

Move the object forward and backward (along the z-axis).

3-3-1. If you want to move the object forward or backward, hover the cursor over the blue arrow.

3-3-2. When you hover over it, the yellow arrow changes color.

3-3-3. While it’s changed color, drag the mouse. Moving the mouse forward or backward will move the object accordingly.


How to directly input numerical values for XYZ.

1. Select the object you want to move.

2. On the right side, input the numerical values directly into the x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis under “Position” to move the object.

Move the object left and right (along the x-axis).

3-1. Input the desired value for the horizontal axis into the “x” under Position.

 

Move the object up and down (along the y-axis).

3-2. Input the desired value for the height into the “y” under Position.

Move the object forward and backward (along the z-axis).

3-3. Input the desired value for the depth into the “z” under Position.
