XANA App

  • Breaking Down Integration: Significant progress has been made in integrating audio for various actions like punching and hitting. The team focused on optimizing memory by switching to audio streaming rather than using addressables.
  • Osaka World Development: Work on the Osaka world continues, including improvements to the avatar’s position, animation syncing, and addressing issues with lighting and skybox changes. The team is focused on making the world functional for all users.
  • Feedback Fixes: A significant portion of the week was dedicated to implementing feedback for reconnection functionality, account deletion, and handling avatar share issues.

XANA Browser

  • Osaka Integration: The browser version of Osaka has been successfully integrated, including addressing video playback issues and optimizing multiplayer-related functionalities.

  • Minecraft-like Features: The team removed unnecessary assets and implemented a new block category inspired by Minecraft. This allows users to create their worlds with various materials, improving the creative process.
  • User Experience Enhancements: Feedback on the user interface and UX improvements has been integrated, ensuring a smoother building experience for users. The builder tool is progressing well, and the team is focused on optimizing the app for mobile devices.

XANA Web

  • Staking Cycle 57: The reward distribution for Staking Cycle 57 is on hold due to chain migration issues. Once the migration is complete, rewards will be distributed to users.
  • Project Status: Some tasks are currently postponed. The focus remains on higher-priority tasks.

XANA NFT

  • Crypto Ninja Genesis Card Free mint: The task has been completed and is ready for live deployment. Testing is still ongoing, and once it’s finalized, it will be deployed to production.
  • Task Rescheduling: Due to high-priority tasks in other areas, certain XANA Web and XANA NFT tasks have been shifted to the next sprint. The focus will be on completing these once the team has bandwidth.
