The XANA Metaverse Mobile App has rolled out its latest update, version 23.07.14, with a host of new features and improvements, specifically optimized for the upcoming “XANA Fest 6.0.” This version promises increased stability and reduced crash incidences thanks to significant code optimizations.
New Features and Updates
- XANA Lobby Implementation: Now displayed on the home page top, providing direct access to worlds of recent MVP winners. Note that AI NPCs are present for testing purposes.
- Gesture Panel Optimization: Streamlined into 5 distinct categories for a better user experience.
- Lighting Adjustment: Enhanced lighting at the XANA festival venue, addressing the glare issue.
- Improved User Commands: Operation and jump commands are now more responsive, even when buttons are hidden.
- Alpha Version Game Components: Test implementation of components like Quiz, Ninja Motion, Warp, Special item, Avatar invisibility, Throw, Door key. Users are advised of potential bugs and UI differences.
Bug Fixes and Reports
- Various minor bugs and DAO-reported issues have been addressed.
- Misalignment of Builder-created object coordinates in the XANA app.
- Accessibility of unpublished worlds within the app.
- Enhancements in sitting & lying animations.
- Ongoing app optimization efforts to reduce bugs and improve overall quality.
